Situated in the vibrant center of historic Greer Station, the Depot Parking Garage is designed to reflect the area’s rich cotton mill and railway heritage, while also incorporating a contemporary flair that aligns with the city's vision for the future.
Named after Depot Street, which was re-routed and realigned for this project, the garage features a parking capacity of 504 stalls. A pedestrian plaza in front blends natural landscaping with design elements inspired by the historic train depot across the tracks, seamlessly connecting the new development to the surrounding downtown area.
