HKM designed the Link Crossing site and landscape as the setting for a variety of residential building types prepared by other architects. The key feature of this setting is an extensive greenway along a branch of the Aptakisic Creek developed with naturalized ponds, conservation areas, groves and a walking path with a pedestrian bridge. The path and walk system links the greenway to development sub-areas, each with planned open spaces finished as greens and groves.
