HKM designed the site and landscape as the setting for a variety of residential building types prepared by other architects. Site at Provenance features include multiple naturalized pond edge treatments, the greatest of which is an artificial waterfall tucked into one of many rolling berms. A tot lot, grilling, picnic and seating areas, and a central colonnade of pergolas are all integrated with plantings and grades to invite walking, relaxing and socializing.
HKM also played a strong role in successfully navigating the entitlement process, which involved complex issues and several governmental units.
