The Quinlan Terrace homes have been specifically designed for those receiving residential services and who are now facing aging issues. The homes each serve 15 individuals, and all back up to a fenced in garden courtyard. They are equipped with elevators and spacious bathing facilities that can be modified as care needs change. Each one of the Quinlan Terrace homes is laid out with large gathering rooms, tech entertainment spaces, therapy spaces, and a designated sensor room.
