To replace an existing tired and outdated commuter station and grade level parking lot, a master redevelopment plan was prepared by HKM for the Village and Developer, and fulfilled with the design and construction of all the building and site components, including Metra Station and platform, 810 car parking structure, 84 unit condominium building, and retail and children’s museum building. Except for the parking deck for which HKM designed the façade, all site planning, landscape architecture and architectural services were provided by HKM.
